Letters to a young leader was birthed from a conversation I was having with a young leader who was hurt because he had been faithful, loving and committed but with no reciprocation from those to whom he had sown his blood, sweat, tears, and resources into. Much of his pain came from fathers he had served, friends he had supported and sons and daughters in the ministry he had loved and nurtured. Contained herein were the principles I shared with him. Our hope is that as you read through these pages it will help you to not make the mistakes we’ve all made as leaders.
